How to Make It
Mix well two eggs with a half cup of oil, salt, and pepper. Add a half cup of flour and a little of baking powder to the mixture and mix them well, then put (the Smoked Chicken Thighs Lobes -green onions slices- olives - grated cheese as desired) and mix them well. Put little oil in a grill over low heat, then put the mixture. When they took a golden color ,then flip it for 3 minutes.
